Welcome to JM Window & Door Repair. By scheduling a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure a smooth and professional experience for both you and our team.
1. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge unless specified ahead of time and are valid for 30 days.

Pricing may vary based on the condition of the window or door, materials needed, and scope of work.

Any changes to the scope of work will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
2. Scheduling & Access

Appointments are scheduled in advance, and I do my best to arrive on time. If I am delayed due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen events, I will contact you as soon as possible.

Please ensure that I have clear access to the repair area and that pets or valuables are secured during the service.
3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

I accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards (subject to an additional processing fee).

Late payments may be subject to a service fee.
4. Warranty & Workmanship

No warranty expressed or implied, unless provided by a manufacturer.

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, additional structural issues, or work performed by other contractors after my visit.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

I understand that plans change. Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
6. Liability

While I take every precaution to protect your home and property, JM Window & Door Repair is not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or damage resulting from unforeseen conditions.

I am fully insured and take safety and professionalism seriously.
