Welcome to JM Window & Door Repair. By scheduling a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure a smooth and professional experience for both you and our team.
 

1. Estimates & Pricing

• All estimates are provided free of charge unless specified ahead of time and are valid for 30 days.

• Pricing may vary based on the condition of the window or door, materials needed, and scope of work.

• Any changes to the scope of work will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
   

2. Scheduling & Access

• Appointments are scheduled in advance, and I do my best to arrive on time. If I am delayed due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen events, I will contact you as soon as possible.

• Please ensure that I have clear access to the repair area and that pets or valuables are secured during the service.
   

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• I accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards (subject to an additional processing fee).

• Late payments may be subject to a service fee.
   

4. Warranty & Workmanship 

• No warranty expressed or implied, unless provided by a manufacturer.

• Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, additional structural issues, or work performed by other contractors after my visit.
   

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• I understand that plans change. Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
   

6. Liability

• While I take every precaution to protect your home and property, JM Window & Door Repair is not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or damage resulting from unforeseen conditions.

• I am fully insured and take safety and professionalism seriously.
   

7. Privacy

• Any personal information shared with us (e.g., name, address, contact info) is kept private and used solely for scheduling and communication related to my services.
